Thank you so much for supporting our little home bakery — every order truly means the world 💛
1. Orders
As everything is freshly made to order, we kindly ask for at least 14 days notice. Your order is confirmed once payment (or a deposit) has been received.
2. Payments
Payments are accepted via Square, including card payments, Apple Pay, and other available options. A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due before collection.
3. Cancellations & Changes
Life happens, we completely understand! If you need to cancel or make changes, please let us know as soon as possible.
Cancellations made with at least 7 days’ notice may be eligible for a refund (excluding the deposit). Unfortunately, cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice are non-refundable, as preparation will already have begun.
4. Allergens & Dietary Requirements
Everything is made in our home kitchen, where common allergens like gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, and soy are used. While we take care, we can’t guarantee anything is completely allergen-free. Please let us know about any allergies or dietary needs when ordering.
5. Collection
Collection details will be agreed when you order — we’ll have everything ready and waiting for you! Once your order has been collected, it becomes your responsibility.
6. Storage & Enjoying Your Bakes
Our bakes are best enjoyed fresh (that’s when they taste the most special!). We’ll let you know how best to store them if needed.
7. Design & Custom Orders
Every bake is handmade with love, so while we’ll always try to match your ideas, there may be slight variations — that’s part of the charm ✨
8. A Little Note on Responsibility
We put so much care and love into everything we bake. By placing an order, you’re happy to check that the ingredients are suitable for you and anyone enjoying them. As this is a home kitchen, we’re not able to guarantee allergen-free products, and we can’t take responsibility for any reactions or issues once your order has been collected.
